Fixing mistakes
Ever deleted the wrong appointment, moved the wrong block or charted the wrong tooth, then spent minutes trying to fix it? The Undo button puts it back. Undo and redo as you like, and a notification always shows what was done.
From the appointment to the claim
- Send claims from the appointment, check eligibility, and see each patient's claim history.
- Prescriptions are e-signed and tied to the appointment.
- Notes are started for each patient in the morning, and the empty ones are removed if the patient ends up cancelling.
- The Summary tab shows each patient's visits at a glance: date, provider, visit type and a one-line note.
Reminders and recall

Every screen in the clinic
Screens, workstations and staff logins are unlimited, so the schedule can be open at the front desk, in every operatory and in the office at no extra cost. It runs in the web browser on Windows and Mac computers, tablets and phones.
