Notes that write themselves
Guided notes sit beside the chart. Click through a visit's choices and the note writes itself: each pick adds a finished sentence, and picks can open further choices.
What a perio chart records
A periodontal chart records the health of the gums around each tooth, starting with pocket depths. Charted at each exam, it shows whether a patient's gums are holding steady, improving or getting worse.
Clinical attachment level is calculated for you, and negative values are allowed where the gums are overgrown.
Showing the patient
With the comparison view, patients follow the red and the green and see the state of their mouth and their progress. Colour blind mode is a click away.
Each exam starts from the last
A new exam starts from the last one, so you chart what changed. View the chart as a graph or a table.
Before the patient sits down
The Summary tab shows each patient's visits at a glance: date, provider, visit type and a one-line note, with a link to the full note. Catch up on a patient in seconds, whether it has been months or years.

Build your own note templates and guided notes, then search, pin and reuse them. Picks can open further choices, so a note can be as short or as detailed as the visit.
