How the move goes
- A demo, where we walk through your clinic's own workflow and put your price in writing.
- Onboarding, where your data is moved over from your current software to the maximum extent possible.
- Two private onboarding sessions for your team.
- A live group training session every week, open to anyone at your clinic, with recordings afterwards.
Support is part of the price, Monday to Friday, 6 am to 5 pm Pacific (9 am to 8 pm Eastern).
Your records stay yours
Your clinic owns all the data and records in MapleDent Cloud, including patient records. You can export your data at any time.
Data is stored in Canada, and we publish our subprocessors.
Try it before you commit
The first month of every new subscription is free, and you can cancel during it without paying anything. There is no fixed-term contract and no setup fee.
MapleDent Cloud for denturist clinics starts at $180 a month paid yearly, or $200 month to month. The only thing that changes the price is the number of denturists. The rest is on the pricing page.

- Yes. As part of onboarding we move your data over from your current software to the maximum extent possible, and you can export your data at any time.
- How much training do we get?
- Every new clinic gets two private onboarding sessions for its team. A live group training session runs every week, and recordings are available afterwards.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Billing is month to month, and nobody is ever required to commit to longer. Paying a year up front is optional and takes 10% off.
- Does MapleDent Cloud send denturist claims?
- Yes. Maple Dental Software is certified for CDAnet, CDHAnet and DACnet.
