Subprocessors
These are the third-party service providers that process personal information on our behalf as part of providing MapleDent Cloud. For each one, we set out the processing it performs and where that processing takes place.

How we choose them
Each subprocessor is subject to a risk-based assessment and to contractual privacy and security obligations substantially similar to those in our Privacy Notice, and is limited to what is needed to provide its service. New subprocessors are added to this page as they join.
This list covers the service providers used to operate the hosted MapleDent Cloud. Our general-purpose marketing website and internal operational tools that do not process MapleDent personal information are out of scope.
Subprocessors in the CDAnet network
Electronic claims are transmitted through the CDAnet network, which manages its own subprocessors in accordance with criteria set by the Canadian Dental Association. For information about the subprocessors within the CDAnet network, please contact the Canadian Dental Association directly.
Maple Dental Software is certified for integration with CDAnet, CDHAnet and DACnet.
